Q:Do you allow trailer boutiques?
A:Yes. We allow trailer boutiques in all shows.
*Please note on your vendor form that you have a trailer boutique. Please pick 10x30 or 10x40 to accommodate the space needed.
Q:When is setup?
A:Setup will be announced in our vendor group on Facebook. If you do not have facebook, please note this on your application so that you can be emailed the setup information.
Q:Do we keep your payment if you are not accepted?
A:We do not keep your payment if you are not accepted to the show. If for some reason you are not accepted to the show we will return any payment you may have sent.
Q:Do you have to have a sales permit to be a vendor at our show?
A:NO, you do not have to have a sales permit. If you do not have a sales permit you will be required to fill out a tax form and submit payment to us you leave the show for us to submit to the state.
Q:Do you provide Tents/Tables/Chairs/Cords
A:No, this is the vendors' responsibility unless otherwise stated on the application/contract.
There are no guarantees that your items will sell. Although we make every effort to bring in shoppers via various marketing outlets; we have no control over what the shoppers will buy. Please know your customer base and their wants and needs. Your lack of sales is not the responsibility of the promoter.

This is a juried event. We take into careful consideration the vendors we choose based on product variety, originality and quality of goods that best represent the dirt road Dixie roadshow.
If you do not have a website, Facebook page or Etsy shop for us to review, you must attach sample photos of your booth to your application.
There are no exceptions to the rules and or qualifications.
